I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a wide range of training and clinical interests. I specialize in psychodynamic, insight-building, interpersonal/relational psychotherapy, but also incorporate solution-focused techniques. I have extensive training in women's and men's issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, young adult therapy, GLBTQQ+ identity development, PTSD/trauma/sexual abuse treatment, college-related difficulties, and adjustment disorders.
In addition to private practice, I was a staff psychologist at the University of San Diego Counseling Center for 5 years. In this position, I worked with graduate and undergraduate students in individual, couples and group therapy, as well as performed outreaches to students and faculty.
